Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Pike Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for school calendars, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
