Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charlotte, NC)

Bright Beacon Housing is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on resident services for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with resident services. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
