Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charleston, SC)

Ironwood Basin Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Charleston with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
