Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charleston, SC)

Fernwood Field Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Charleston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on learning materials for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
