Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Lakeside Transit Planning Partners plans bus and rail service for cities around Charleston. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
