Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Charleston, SC)

Rivermark Ridge Property Management Group is a Charleston property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 507 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
