Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Buffalo, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. Families are partners. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
