Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Juniper Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Buffalo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
