Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Fox Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Buffalo area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on school calendars for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
