Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Stonegate Willow Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Buffalo. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
