Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Buffalo design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 815 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Prepare reports on fare systems for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Grant reporting experience.
