Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Westbrook Forge Arts Center is an arts centre in Buffalo with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
