Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Mill Care Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
