Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Buffalo design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 868 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
