Fernwood Birch Arts Center is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for school partnerships, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships.
