Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Boston, MA)

Summit Forge Transit Planning is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for survey data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
