Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Birmingham, AL)

Lumen Stone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Birmingham. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 71 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on care plans for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
