Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Birmingham, AL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Nest Community Partners and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on food distribution for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
