Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Birmingham, AL)

Ironwood Wren Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Birmingham design routes and schedules, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
