Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Birmingham, AL)

Fernwood Summit Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Birmingham. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on tuition and subsidies for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
