Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Kestrel Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Baltimore area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on enrolment for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
