Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Baltimore, MD)

Harborlight Haven Property Management looks after rental homes across the Baltimore area, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 51 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on rent collection for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
