Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Baltimore, MD)

Bluepeak Junction Community Partners runs community programmes across Baltimore. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on benefits enrolment for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
