Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Yarrow Civic Services and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on constituent requests for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
