Bluepeak Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on client intake for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client intake.
