Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Austin, TX)

Northwind Vista Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Austin, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on waiting lists for funders. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
