Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Austin, TX)

Fernwood Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Austin. What you will do • Prepare reports on attendance records for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
