Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Ivory Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Atlanta. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Prepare reports on client records for funders. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
