Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Harbor Transit Planning and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on survey data for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
