Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Bright Community Partners runs community programmes across Atlanta, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
