Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Wilder Community Partners is looking for a Programme Coordinator. The job centres on event and workshop delivery for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 159 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on donor records for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
