Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Highbridge Works looks after rental homes across the Anchorage area. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on lease renewals for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
