Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate West Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Prepare reports on exhibitions for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
