Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Mill Transit Planning Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on ridership counts for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
