Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Mill Civic Services works with county and city offices around Anchorage, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Prepare reports on procurement for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
