Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Pike Early Learning runs childcare centres in Anchorage caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on meal programmes for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
