Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Anchorage, AK)

Harborlight Orchard Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Anchorage, and we need a Programme Coordinator to lead our event and workshop delivery. You would join a small organisation of about 104 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
