Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Oak Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Prepare reports on accessibility audits for funders. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. What we are looking for • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
