Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Arts Center Group and adding a Programme Coordinator whose main responsibility will be event and workshop delivery. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. Nice to have • Experience with school partnerships. • Grant reporting experience. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
