Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Wren Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Albuquerque with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on school partnerships for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
