Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Albuquerque, NM)

Stonegate Quarry Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Prepare reports on visit scheduling for funders. What we are looking for • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Experience coordinating programmes or events. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
