Programme Coordinator - event and workshop delivery (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Programme Coordinator to take on event and workshop delivery. You would join a large organisation of about 289 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare reports on family communication for funders. • Keep partners informed and communication friendly. • Track attendance, outcomes and grant requirements. • Recruit, train and thank volunteers. • Plan and run activities, workshops and events. What we are looking for • Experience coordinating programmes or events. • Organised, warm and resourceful. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends. Nice to have • Grant reporting experience. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
