Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Harbor Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Wichita. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer specifications. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with customer specifications. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
