Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Virginia Beach, VA)

Nova Junction Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Virginia Beach, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
