Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Bright Cobalt Pharma Partners and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
