Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Fox Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
