Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tulsa, OK)

Harborlight Willow Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Tulsa producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 604 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and quality documentation. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
