Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Pine Medical is a Toledo company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
