Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Toledo, OH)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 990 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and customer orders. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
