Production Supervisor - shift supervision (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Nest Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
